Ingredients
- 2 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 2 bananas
- Flax egg and water, (optional: add 2 tsp chia seeds)
- Vanilla
- Nutmeg
- Optional: shredded coconut, crushed nuts, jam, yogurt
Directions
- Combine all powders in a large bowl.
- Blend banana and wet ingredients in blender.
- Mix together until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat and cook until done.
